This hotel is situated close to Christ Church Cathedral, on the edge of the Temple Bar area. A great central location in a quiet street. The Guinness Brewery is nearby.

Rooms

All of the bedrooms are very modern, and are decorated in light wood. The wallpaper is based on a theme of Handel's music. The rooms are very attractive, in good condition and the bathrooms are modern.

Restaurant

The hotel has one bistro style restaurant, on the first floor, with wood flooring. There is a lively, modern bar situated on the ground floor of the hotel which is truly unique in style. The bar has a live DJ on weekends and is very trendy and chic!

Exterior

It is a fairly traditional style building, built on the site of the first public performance of Handel's "Messiah". A complete renovation of the property has given the hotel a modern feel.

Lobby

The lobby area is small and modern in design.

General

An excellent hotel for those looking for a good quality property in the heart of Dublin's bar district. It is particularly busy with a young crowd on Friday and Saturday nights and should be avoided by those looking for a quiet hotel on the weekends. (BL 05/2007)
